Refund Policy

Since projects are made to measure, each job requires a deposit to start production. The specific amount and conditions are agreed in writing in the quote before we begin.

If you cancel the project before manufacturing starts, the deposit is refunded minus the costs already incurred (design, renders, reserved materials). Once manufacturing has started, since the pieces are made to measure, the deposit is non-refundable.

If you find a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery, we correct it at no cost — contact us within the first 15 days after installation.
