Terms of Service

By requesting a quote or hiring a service from Muebles Encino, you accept the following general terms.

Quotes: quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue and do not constitute a contract until accepted in writing.

Custom manufacturing: all projects are made to order according to the agreed specifications (measurements, materials, finishes). Changes made after production has started may incur additional cost and time.

Warranty: manufacturing and installation work is warranted against workmanship defects; the natural wear of the wood due to exposure and weather is not covered and depends on the maintenance we recommend.
